How to check for current on vehicle?

If lights are dim you have a bad ground. Automotive bulbs do not get dim as they get older . they burn out all at once. So tighten your ground connections. To use your meter set it at 20 volts d.c. red wire on the wires on the light. Black wire on any metal ground.
