A friend has a 14 year old son he is an *** to put it nice. Disrespectful, Unrully, What can she do with Him?

This boy is a REAL JERK. I told her if I had to tolerate his attitude I would pick up the phone and call the area police station and tell them I had a 14 year old who thought he was old enough to be on his own. He steals food from the younger kids. Sneeks out of their room at night and gets into ****. Sneeks out the bedroom window and all sorts of crap.She lives with my son and his wife and family. They have a son and 2 little girls. I have observed him being mean to them. When I get onto him about it he tell me to mind my own DAMN Business or he is telling his daddy. Well the Funny thing os his own Father got Custody of him in their divorce when 8 years ago and after this very same kid Beat his Dads Father up and he was in the hospital he signed this BRAT over to his mother. She has just been diagnosed with Multiple Scelrosis and had Diabetis and so other health conditions. So she can not control him either. He refuses to obey anyone. I kept the 5 kids last summer and I finally had to stop my nerves would not take his threats. He would steal food from everyone. Got into my billfold and took things. I told his mother one more time and I would turn his *** into the Police. So she started taking him someplace else. I mean it is bad when you have to hire a Baby sitter for a kid who will be 15 in 3 months. He is now abusing my sons wife and even my grown son. Who can she call to get his *** into JDC or Boot Camp. We none of us can control him. If wetry to talk to him he ignores you or walks off, When he is here I have to take all the medications and things out of my medicine cabinet in the bathroom because he gets into ****. I am to the point I am scared to Death of him being with my 7 and 9 year old granddaughters. He keeps telling his mother he is going back to live with his dad But we have been told even his own father does not want him.And none of the family will take him.
