How can the Yankees even consider shutting down Phil Hughes?

Every single start he has the bozos on YES keep reminding us that he is on an innings limit of 175. When he hits that mark, he's relegated to bullpen duty. That pathetic loser Burnett got lit up again tonight. Without Hughes they will be going into the playoffs with an inconsistent Vasquez, and a hapless Burnett, in the rotation. Even the Yankees themselves should know this gives them absolutely no chance in hell of winning the World Series. How can they just throw their season away by sitting Hughes?
