If ACORN workers worked for big CPA firm would they have been in trouble for tax advice?

The point is, they DON'T work for a CPA firm. They are supposed to be a community organization that helps the poor, but instead, they have turned into a huge funnel for taxpayer money and the pipe goes directly to the DNC. Dale and Wade Rathke..not exactly pillars of the community.
