Does any one know this movie? Its a bloody Gory movie that is pretty new i guess before 2000.?

A Bloody and gory movie. A group of men and women from the army go up to the desert mountains wheres theres a base. Theres people living in the cave, and are killing off everone. I was watching it online one day and i didnt remeber the name so any help would be nice
