Tanning Stickers??? Help me out please!?

I wanna find a place that sells like military related tanning Stickers. I wanna get my bf's rank. So when I go see him off to Kuwait in 2 months I can have it on my hip for him during p... Does anyone know ANY way I can do this? I tried tracing his rank pin onto mailing label paper and cutting them out. but the sticker didn't stick to my skin at all... I'm desparate!
