Rates for czech republic using cell phone?

Not sure about the exact rates, but you can use up a prepaid credit of 500 KCz in less than 10 minutes. thats about $20. A better strategy is to call the person in Canada use up about a minute and have them call you back its way cheaper this way and you dont get charged cell airtime charges either. In Europe the originating caller pays 100% of the call.
