I love sweets (Reese's, Hershey's, chips, cookies, etc.). I'm trying to lose weight. I usually go running right after I eat, but how long should I wait to run after I eat? I maybe wait 5 minutes, but that's it. How many sweets should I eat a day. I usually eat one sweet after i'm done with my meal. That's 3 a day. Is that normal? I usually eat fruits and vegetables too. Someone please help!
