HELP PLEASEEE? help me?

i have my Cartiledge pierced and i took out the piercing stud2 days ago and put in a 14k hoop ( i let the piercing stud stay in 12 weeks) now right where the hole is on the top of the hole there is a bump on the backside of my ear its a wierd bump though its like under the skin and its sore kinda
