Help for tonight please. I think my baby is teething and she's in so much pain?

I need a safe remedy for tonight. I've given her some baby tylenol earlier, but I don't want to keep drugging my baby. I've rubbed her gums and she just screamed louder. I gave her a wet washcloth and she didn't like it. It hurts her to nurse but I seem to be able to give her a pacifier for a short time. I can't run out to the store right now, does any one have a good remedy I can use right now. My daughter is only 4 months old and she really isn't eating anything but milk right now (she has reflux and doctor doesn't want us to try solids yet.)
