Does this sound like healthy calorie intake/meals?

it seems good but you are missing diary and you would need to eat a little bit more, your missing grains as well. As it is this is only about 600 calories, and anything under 1200 is starvation. Depending on the size of the lasagna and the salad as well though. Perhaps adding in some tofu, or maybe some beans with lunch or something would be better ?
